Returns:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method for the merchandise purchase, minus a $12.00 shipping charge for the use of our prepaid shipping label.

• Items must be returned unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached.

Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.

Unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse you for any shipping costs you incur purchasing an item at Countrycloseout.com.
